Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price you see covers everyone in the car, plus fuel, tolls, parking, airport access and waiting time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track every flight number, so your driver adjusts to the real landing time and waits up to 60 minutes after landing for free.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
After baggage claim, walk out to the arrivals hall. Your driver will hold a sign with your name. You also get the driver's name and WhatsApp number the day before.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and boosters are free on every vehicle. Tell us the ages when you book.
How can I pay?
Pay cash to the driver in euros, dollars or Egyptian pounds, pay online by Visa or Mastercard, or by mobile wallet.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pick-up you can cancel or change your booking online for free.
Do you drive to hotels not listed on the site?
Yes. Type any hotel or address in the booking form. If it is not in our list, message us on WhatsApp and we will add it.
